Our hiring process timeline can vary depending on the role and everyone’s availability. However, if everything proceeds smoothly, it typically takes 4 to 6 weeks from the first conversation to a potential offer. We ensure to keep you in the loop every step of the way, and you can expect feedback after each stage within 5 business days.

Yes, our hiring process is entirely online. We take special care to provide you with the full ERS experience remotely, ensuring the same level of dedication and attention as we would in person.

Absolutely! We recruit without borders, as long as there is a significant overlap with French business hours (3 to 6 hours maximum). If you’re based outside of France, we partner with Oyster, our Employer of Record, to establish a local contract in your country of residence. This allows us to build a diverse, multicultural team and welcome talents from all corners of the globe!
