Our Culture
At ERS, we believe in fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment built on mutual respect, continuous learning, and innovation. We hold two mandatory all-hands online meetings each week: Monday Syncs and Demos and optional, more relaxed Morning Coffee and Open Café sessions.

Our Teams

External Relations
They build awareness and connect with key market stakeholders, such as end buyers and Nature-Based Solutions funds, while expanding our project developer network and ensuring alignment with the ERS Standard.

Secretariat
They lead the core operations and development of our Standard, working with internal and external stakeholders to improve methodologies and build the world’s leading nature-based Standard.

Certification
They are the driving force behind ensuring the seamless certification of ecosystem restoration projects. They work hand-in-hand with project developers, offering expert guidance from feasibility to certification.

R&D
The R&D team consists of three groups: the Data team, focused on building models, using satellite imagery and field data; the Dev team, responsible for system applications; and the Product team, which defines product vision and enhances system applications for a seamless user experience.

Finance, Legal and Administration
They handle all financial, legal, and administrative matters within the company, ensuring compliance at all levels. In addition, they manage the team members' end-to-end lifecycle and contribute to the overall success of the people organisation.

- We partner with Oyster (EOR), meaning you’ll be employed via a local contract with Oyster but will work directly with ERS.
- Oyster ensures compliance with local laws, while we apply our internal rules and policies.
